The customer support is top-notch! I've purchased multiple items, and they all showed up super fast. I got a used SS9900 that had its frequencies all jumbled, but Knights sent me a dat file to fix it, even though they weren't obligated to do so. From now on, they’ll be my go-to for anything radio-related.

"Refusal to Provide Full Refund as Required by Law"
I bought a radio after confirming it was the newest model. Unfortunately, the radio wasn’t set up right; it was missing a channel and had two frequencies that were identical. The volume control didn’t work properly, and it changed channels by itself when I was trying to use it, plus there were a bunch of other problems. I sent it back for a refund based on the Consumer Rights Act since it wasn’t of acceptable quality and not suitable for what I needed. Knights offered me three options: 1) send a replacement radio when it’s available in December, 2) reprogram the faulty radio, or 3) sell it as a mail order return at a much lower price and refund me that amount. I also had to cover the return shipping, which I believe they should be responsible for. I’ve been told I have the right to a refund and I plan to file a claim for it. After supporting them for 40 years like many others, I won’t be buying from them again.

"Fantastic Service for Uniden GPS Receiver"
I was struggling to find the GPS unit for my sds200e anywhere. A buddy of mine suggested Knights. I had ordered from them ages ago for CB gear, and honestly, I thought they were out of business.
I spoke with Doug on the phone, and he managed to get the GPS unit from Avera and had it imported. From the time I placed my order to when it arrived was just a bit over a week. You really can't beat that.
Top-notch service! I highly recommend them.

"My Initial Buy from Knights"
After being out of the CB radio scene for roughly 35 years, we decided to make our initial buy from Knights. The two guys at the store were super helpful. They even did a tweak on some new radio gear that a nearby shop refused to handle. I’d definitely suggest checking out Knights.

"Purchased 20 meters of top-notch coax..."
I bought 20 meters of top-notch coax along with some quality PL259 plugs. The shipping was quick, but I ran into one issue: DPD delivered the package looking like it had been dragged through the mud, full of holes and all shredded up. Thankfully, the cable was fine, but the plugs were missing—no big surprise there. I called Knights right away, and they genuinely care about their customers. They're sending out new plugs for me. It's a shame Knights have to take a hit when the delivery service messes up. Thanks again, Knights!
